Phone one of our four practices or our Skin Clinic Taranaki for an appointment
Sometimes our phone lines are busier than usual, we appreciate your patience as we get to your call.
Patients are encouraged to register with a particular doctor who will primarily care for their health needs. Appointments are available 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The appointments are 15 minutes in length, with 12 patients seen per session and an hour for paper work being allocated for GP’s per session.
GP’s are remunerated according to their qualifications and experience. We have between 2 – 4 GPEP’s training at any one time across our three practices.
If it’s an emergency and you or someone else needs immediate medical attention, then ring 111 straight away.
The Carefirst Group urgent care clinic is located at our Westown practice and is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Patients from all our practices are welcome to access our urgent care services along with anyone in the community who isn’t enrolled with Carefirst.
