Ear wax suctioning/Aural microsuction
Ear wax is a common occurrence in healthy ears. A build up of ear wax can cause irritation and hearing loss. Our trained and experienced nurses provide an ear wax suctioning service that is gentle, safe and effective.
This service replaces ear syringing for the removal of wax. Micro suction can also be used for the removal of foreign bodies and in the treatment of otitis externa. We several clinics per week supporting the Taranaki community.

Urgent care
The Carefirst Group URGENT CARE CLINIC is located at our Westown practice, 99 Tukapa street. It is currently open from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. All patients are welcome to access care in our Urgent Care Clinic, even if you are not enrolled with us.
