How to request a repeat prescription

The easiest way to request a repeat prescription is through our patient portal, myIndici.
If you’re not yet registered with myIndici, you can email your prescription request directly to your Carefirst clinic – Westown, Merrilands, Moturoa, or Bell Block.

Prescription fees apply. Please visit your registered clinic’s page for fee details.

Register with myIndici

All Carefirst patients can register for free with My Indici, a secure, online service that enables you to manage your health needs anytime, anywhere. You can access My Indici on your phone, computer, tablet or any other device that you use to access the internet, to:

• Book appointments
• Order prescriptions
• View most of your test results (e.g., blood tests, x-ray results), and access hospital and specialist letters relating to your care.
• Direct message our nursing team
• Access your health records at any time.
