Repeat Prescriptions
How to order
The easiest way to request a repeat prescription is through one of our patient portals. Enrolling with one of our three clinics you can register to MyIndici. This will give you 24/7 access to:
- Book appointments
- Request repeat prescriptions
- View lab test results
To find out more about how to join please call one of our clinics to start your registration.
If you are not registered with one of our patient portals you can request a repeat prescription by completing the form below and emailing or dropping this to your preferred clinic.
Alternatively you can simply email your request to Westown, Merrilands or Moturoa medical centre.
For Westown, Merrilands and Moturoa patients there is a charge of $17.50 for a repeat prescription (completed within 2 working days), $23 if you need this urgently i.e the same day you requested it.

Urgent care
The Carefirst Group URGENT CARE CLINIC is located at our Westown practice, 99 Tukapa street. It is currently open from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. All patients are welcome to access care in our Urgent Care Clinic, even if you are not enrolled with us. You don't need an appointment, just pop in to reception if you need urgent medical care or are injured. If you need emergency care please dial 111 for an ambulanceChoose your patient portal
