Carefirst’s dedicated aged care service provides personalised support to help patients live well throughout later life. Our experienced team of doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses specialise in the health needs of older adults, offering strong clinical expertise alongside thoughtful, consistent care.

From managing long‑term conditions to providing proactive, preventative care, our team is here to help you stay well, stay supported and stay connected to your community. 

We work both in‑clinic and out in the community, providing medical support in rest homes and retirement villages throughout New Plymouth (see list below). This approach means you can rely on a team that understands your environment, your routines and your goals, whether you’re living independently, in a supported care setting or are moving between the two.
